LamsonSharp Hi-Carbon Stainless Steel Jumbo Steak Knife, Set of 4, Black

LamsonSharp Hi-Carbon Stainless Steel Jumbo Steak Knife, Set of 4, Black Review

LamsonSharp Hi-Carbon Stainless Steel Jumbo Steak Knife, Set of 4, Black Feature

  • Hi-Carbon stainless steel blades
  • Black Plastic handles
  • Serrated tips
  • Large, high style shape
From America's oldest cutlery manufacturer (established in 1837) comes this set of four heavy, oversize steak knives for those big American steaks, chops, and roasts. Though the serrated blades tend to tear rather than slice neatly through meat's fibers, make no mistake--these knives are designed for hearty carnivores. The knives are 9-3/4 inches long and their curved blades measure 1-1/2 inches at their deepest points. The knives' black delrin (hard plastic) handles are durable for lifetime beauty. Full tangs, secured by two nickel-plated rivets, run through the handles for strength and balance. Though these knives are dishwasher-safe, hand washing will preserve the sharpness of their blades. --Fred Brack
